Introducing a new generation single column high precision materials testing machine, the LS1 is designed to measure forces up to 1kN  (225lbf)  Ideal for routine quality control testing or complex multi-stage tests, this versatile material tester can perform a wide library of tests including tensile strength, compression, flexural, peel, shear, static and kinetic coefficient of friction and many more across many industries.

LS1 machine features include:

The LS2.5 is a high precision materials testing machine particularly suited for plastic, rubber and other high elongation materials due to its wide crosshead travel capability and high speed.

The machine is capable of tensile, compression, flexural, peel, shear, friction testing and more.  Flexible, easy to use and maintain, the LS2.5  offers high accuracy position measurement, rapid data acquisition, multi-lingual and multi-unit display options as well as full PC integration with NEXYGENPlus material test and data analysis software.

Lloyd Instruments offers a range of affordable single column test machines for a wide variety to test applications up to 5 kN (1124 lbf). 

All machines are capable of tensile, compression, flexural, peel, shear, friction testing and more.  Flexible, easy to use and maintain, they offer high accuracy position measurement, rapid data acquisition, multi-lingual and multi-unit display options as well as full PC integration with NEXYGENPlus material test and data analysis software.

For applications in the mid force range, Lloyd Instruments offers a wide range of testing machines and accessories for forces up to 50 kN (11241 lbf). 

Ideal for routine quality control testing or complex multi-stage tests, all machines can perform tensile, compression, flexural, peel, shear, friction tests and many more. Flexible, simple to use and maintain, they provide high accuracy load measurement and are capable of a rapid 8 kHz data acquisition rate. The stand alone system can store up to 600 test results from 10 programmable test set-ups or, with PC integration with Lloyd Instruments powerful NEXYGENPlus material test and data analysis software, can perform advanced data analysis.

For high force applications in the range 100 kN to 150 kN (22481 lbf - 33722 lbf), Lloyd Instruments provide a range of robust, heavy duty test machines. 

All systems are floor standing, apart from the bench-mounted LS100Plus 100 kN (22481 lbf) machine, and feature a large working area.  Simple to set up, operate and maintain, all machines display high accuracy load measurement and rapid data acquisition.
